If your piece arrived damaged, incorrect, or empty (yikes!) — we’re here to fix it!
But first, help us help you:

1. Record a clear video from the moment you open the sealed bag till the full product reveal.
2. Zoom in on any damage/defects.
3. Show all tags and box.
4. Share a 360° view of the package.

⚠️ No video = No return/refund, sorry! This helps us keep things fair and fraud-free. Solmii reserves the final word.

💸 Refunds — Here's How You Get Your Money Back

• Once your return reaches us and passes our sparkle-check, your refund is processed.
• We’ll update you via email or WhatsApp.
• Refunds land in your account in 7–10 working days:
• Online Payments: Back to your original method.
• COD Orders: We’ll ask for your bank details and credit the amount there.

Important:
Shipping charges and COD fees aren’t refundable.

🚫 No Refunds For:

• Wrong or incomplete delivery addresses
• Refused deliveries or undeliverable after 3 tries
• Used or tampered jewellery
• Missing unboxing video proof
